Will my site be offline for the work?

No. All upgrades and any speed adjustments are first tested on a site copy.

What are "supported" themes and plugins?

Supported themes and plugins have updates available via wordpress channels. If you are using a customised copy of a theme, the original theme will be updated, but the customised version will remain the same. A custom theme, particularly a very old one, may limit upgrade opportunities. You'll be consulted during the work in regard to options.

I have a reseller account. Can I purchase for one of my client's sites?

Yes. This service is avilable for any site under your WHM/cpanel reseller account. Simply purchase the add-on via the client area, and you can nominate the particular account you wish us to upgrade.

What if my site is already compromised?

These services assume your site has not already broken, or not hacked/compromised. We can repair prior to upgrading and optimising, but an additional fee may apply depending on the severity of the problems.

Can you provide this service If my site is hosted elsewhere?

As we need high-level site access, and use in-house tools to assist the process, unfortunately not. We'd be happy to help you move your site over to us, so we can perform the work for you.
