All tutorials in this section assume you have logged into your cpanel account. Currently there are 2 ways to access cpanel:

Accessing cPanel via the Client Area

Simply log into your main client area at https://www.smartartist.com.au/clients/whmcs/clientarea.php

Chose the MyHosting tab, and click the green edit icon next to the domain you would like to access.

scroll down and click the 'log into Cpanel' button. Only your client area login is required for this method.

Accessing cPanel Directly

To access cPanel:

1. Type: http://your-domain-name/cpanel/ into your preferred Internet browser.
   • You can subsititute the IP address while waiting for your domain name to go live.
2. Enter your cPanel username into the Name field.
3. Enter your password into the Password field.
4. Click Login.
   • You will be greeted by a cPanel startup page on your first login. We strongly recommend completing the Getting Started Wizard.
