How can I transfer a domain name into my client area?

AUSTRALIAN DOMAINS:
All .au domain transfers are free. If the domain is within 90 days of its renewal date, the renewal will be charged and completed at the same time as the transfer.

You can retrieve your EPP code for any .au domain name by visiting this page. You can also use this process to verify if the contact email address for your domain is current.
If your email address isn't current, contact your current domain name registrar to get your contact details updated, then request your EPP code from the above link again.

Once you have verified your domain's contact address and have your EPP code, log into the Client Area.

Then click the Orders link, and domain registration from the drop-down box.

select the " option, and type your domain into the boxes below.

check the order now checkbox and click the add to cart button.

You will then be asked for your EPP code and nameserver information (which you shouldn't need to change at all)

Complete your order as usual.

Once the order is completed, you will be emailled a "request for confirmation" notice from the registry. Click the confirmation link inside this email and the process is complete. THIS FINAL STEP IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, IF THE CONFIRMATION ISN'T COMPLETED, THE TRANSFER (AND ANY ASSOCIATED RENEWAL) WILL FAIL.
