At around 12:30pm on Jan 19th, our ticketing system experienced a technical error, the result of which had some very old tickets re-opend, and responses re-sent.
We have corrected the error so it should not happen again.
If you have happened to receive any of these older ticket email responses, we apologise for the inconvenience. You can safely ignore/delete them.
If you're an existing customer and happen to have an outstanding issue, please open a new ticket if you have not done so already.
We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused.
